Governor drags Shehu Sani on social media over suggestion about Kagara abduction

Outspoken former senator, Shehu Sani, has been knocked hard on Twitter for daring to suggest to the Niger state government that a student killed during the attack on Kagara should be immortalized.

Shehu Sani had tweeted on Sunday, February 28 afternoon that the northern state's government should rebuild and rename the affected school in Kagara after a young student who was reportedly killed by the bandits when they stormed its premises.

Sani, a former senator who represented Kaduna Central, tagged Niger state governor Abubakar Sani Bello and the Niger state government handles in the tweet.

About an hour later, the Niger state government replied thanking Sani for his idea and wondering why he did not do something similar for his Kaduna Central constituency when he was a senator.
