Ondo 2020: Ikale community, South District frown at INEC, express displeasure in Election preparation

Ikale People and Ondo south senatorial district at large has expressed lost of confidence in INEC over the Ondo state governorship election's provisional list released during the week.
In a statement signed by the Chairman IKALE Mandate Group for Tosho Campaign Organization, Akingbemiro Oluwole, the group said INEC had on Thursday published Adeleye's name as candidate of AAC party while the rightful flag bearer of the party is SAMUEL TOPE OMOTOSHO, was relegated to a deputy governorship position.
The statement made available to VOICE AIR MEDIA, Noting that All Ikales are in support of Samuel Tope OMOTOSHO, who is the youngest of all candidates in the October 10th, 2020 election in the state.
It was surprised that INEC chose instead, to pay heed to the order given by National Party Chairman, Dr. Leonard Nzenwa on the phone.
This unscrupulous action of INEC has resulted to massive protests in many part of Ikale and Ondo South Senatorial District
It's worrisome that INEC has insisted towing a path of illegality by ignoring our validly convened primaries
They ignored the primary and the Candidate produced thereafter in favour of a candidate who emerged from an illegal primary election exercise, statement reads.
