NATIONAL NAKSS VISITS COLLEGE OF EDUCATION (TECHNICAL), LAFIAGI OVER NON ACCREDITATION
Meets some cabinet members of the chapter NAKSS over association challenges
The leadership of the National Association of Kwara State Students, National Headquarters, the body saddled with the responsibility of pursuing the political, economical, social and educational interest of about 1.6 million Kwara state students studying both home and abroad ably led by the National President Comr. Musa Mohammed Mancha, visited college of education (technical), Lafiagi over the non accreditation issue and related with the chapter NAKSS over association challenges.
The joint meeting which had in attendance the National NAKSS executives, the school SUG President, the Speaker of the chapter NAKSS among other executives discussed lingering issues concerning the non accreditation facing the school which has overtime affected the smooth runnings of her academics and the strong stability, growth and development of the chapter NAKSS.
One among other resolutions is to meet the commissioner for tertiary as a channel to relating with the Kwara state government for quick intervention. We hereby appeal to Kwara state government to as a matter of urgency rescue the school from this great problem.
We are committed to trying our best in fighting for the interest of our members and we implore them for maximum corporation in bridging communication gap with National NAKSS.
