ATTEMPT TO HIJACK OUR PARTY A CALL FOR CANCELATION OF ANN NATIONAL CONVENTION RESULT.

1. Earlier Today being Saturday 11th September, 2018, our great party Alliance for New Nigeria ANN is bided to hold her 1st National Convention to elect Nation Executives since after her registration by INEC to champion the party through the huddle of 2019 election.

2. It is so unfortunate that our party witness unprecedented show of despiracy by some over ambitious element who are out to destroy our great party omen, value and integrity before the public as they push hard to hijack the party structures with our recourse to due process and lay down procedures.

3. This show of Shame has not only discourage our teeming members Nationwide, it has equally lead to boycott of the convention by our 3 major Presidential Aspirants by name. Fela Durotoye, Lady Elishama Ideh and Dr. Thomas Wilson Ikubese.

4. We as concern party card carrying members received this development with rude shock as well condemn this act of immaturity and display of despiracy in strong term.

6. Our party who is on the verge of restoring scares qualities (internal democracy, politics with morality and respect for due process) in our political scene in Nigeria with our Name Alliance For New Nigeria is least expected to be caught in this web of Impunity, manipulation and electoral fraud, this embarrassing and must be rejected by all party faithfuls.

7. Good number of us join this great party as a result of our thirst for A New Nigeria where every citizen right and will shall be respected, where rule of law will be respected, justice, equity and prosperity will be hall mark.

8. Hence we call on Board Of Trustee under the leadership of Dr. Nkata Chuku to as a matter of urgency declared the result of this convention null and void as the process lack fairness and credibility.

9. The BOT is enjoin to expel the ring leader of this shameful act that is about to cost our party hard earn image in public with immediate effect in other to regains the confidence of party members and Nigerian masses for our party in doing things differently as contained in our great party manifesto.

10. We align with the earlier position of the BOT to restore factory settings by putting in place the following

I. Remove the convention chairman who may be sympathetic to Gbenga and his structures, with a neutral replacement to be selected from the BOT which needs to be firstly ratified at the NEC meeting .

II. Only Original ANN state coordinators should be allowed to sign off their state delegates while All parallel coordinators will only be observers at the convention

III . About 6 states where that has completely infiltrated will not be allowed to present delegates because they are not recognised

11. These are expected to done for the party to reconvene her National Convention which shall now elect party executive, With failure to oblige these demands, we shall have not choice than to leave the party for hijacker and his cohort while we find another platform where we can realize our dream for a new Nigeria.
