UNIBEN Lifts Suspension Of Students' Union After NANS President Asefon's Intervention

The Senate of University of Benin has lifted the suspension of students' Union executives in the institution.


This was made known in a release signed by Benedicta Ehanire Ph. D. who is the PRO of University of Benin.


Days after the intervention of the NANS President, Comrade Sunday Asefon, who barricaded the campus and VC's convoy.


VAM News recalled that the Union activities were suspended on March 30th, 2021. As a result of actions by the Union  executives to undermine the authority of the school management in the wake of the re-adjustment of the 2nd semester calendar.
