Breaking: Court Sacks senator Ifeanyi Ubah, affirms Dr. Obinna Uzoh

A Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court sitting in the Bwari area of Abuja has sacked Senator Ifeanyi Ubah of the Young Progressives Party (YPP) and affirmed Dr Obinna Uzoh Esq as Senator for Anambra South Senatorial District.
Ifeanyi Ubah Dismissed applications from Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah and Chief Chris Ubah.
Senator Ubah was the lawmaker representing Anambra South district in the upper chamber of the National Assembly.
Court has Ordered INEC to issue Dr Obinna Uzoh Esq Certificate of Return within 48 hours and the President of the Senate to swear him in within 48 hours.
