BREAKING: Osun Monarch, Olufon Is Dead
The Olufon of Ifon-Orolu, in Orolu local government area of Osun State Oba Almaroof Adekunle Magbagbeola Olumoyero II is dead.
The first class monarch died on Tuesday after a brief illness.
Although no official communication from the palace as at the time of filing this report, InsightMedia reliably gathered that the Oba Olumoyero died after a brief illness.
Mourners, mostly residents of the town have gathered at the palace of the monarch to sympathize and express sadness over the development.
National Publicity Secretary of Ifon-Orolu Progressive Union, Prince Jide Akinyooye, when contacted kept mum on the development.
He simply said, “wait for official communication from the governor.”
