BREAKING: LASU Appoints Acting Vice-Chancellor
The Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Administration, Lagos State University (LASU), Prof. Damola Oke has been appointed the acting vice-chancellor of the institution.
The appointment was made at the ongoing emergency sitting of the University's Senate.
VAM News had reported that the Lagos State Governor and Visitor to the University, Babajide Sanwo-Olu cancelled the process set up for the appointment of a substantive Vice-Chancellor of the University, directing the outgoing Vice-Chancellor to convene an emergency meeting of the Senate for the appointment of an acting VC.
