Winners Emerge In You Got Talent (YGT) Show Season 3

This year's edition of You Got Talent show, to many, will go a long way in the memory lane. The show held at the multipurpose hall directly behing the popular 'Olukayde house' in Akure, Ondo state capital on Sunday, 6th of December, 2020 was colorful to say the least.

It was a beauty to watch at the event staged yearly to enable young and talented Nigerian youths showcase their talents. Obviously, audience were thrilled by the twelve contestants that reached the grand finale, judging by their smiling faces. Among the mesmerizing performances were: Dancing, Gospel and hip hop performance, acting, spoken words.

After the twelve contestants took to the stage to display their talents, the judges, in a way to motivate all contestants, spread them into categories- Gospel, Hip Hop, Dance, Spoken words.

In the Gospel category, Adetiloye Temiloluwa edged Raymond Faith to emerge winner. Likewise, Happiness Alao was declared the winner of Hip hop category ahead of Tofowomo Peter who came second.

In a closed contest, Alabi Tosin, after a vote, carted away the first prize and Adesoji Wonderful came second. Dance like me group in the dance category was announced winner.

Consequently, the hall was electrified by thrilling performances from invited artists. Among those who got audience on their feet were Mc fada, K4C, Omidan respect and Mimi jay.

The organizer of the event, MC Finest, said the fact that youths are not eager to showcase their talents was the reason behind organizing the event. He added that education alone is not enough to thrive in Nigeria, hence the need for a platform like this.

Meanwhile, awards were also presented to Mc Fada and VAM Nig. Ent. as a way of appreciating them for their supports.
