Joint Mind Int'l L-emperor Ikechukwu Oluwaseun To Tie Knot With Heartthrob(Photos)

On Saturday, 19th December, 2020, is a dream to come true for a life Emperor of Joint Mind club, Ospoly Iree chapter, Ikechukwu Oluwaseun as he is set to tie the knot with his sweetheart, Julianah Abosede, in Lagos State.


The engagement which came under the motif, #Abosede&Oluwaseun @AmazingGrace2020, a coinage from the bride’s and groom’s respective other names, was a huge success event last Saturday 28th November, 2020 in Oyo State. 


The first leg of the day’s event held at the bride’s home where the groom, some of his family members and close friends, presented the ‘bride price’ and paid homage to the bride’s family.


In a flowing Navy blue and Gold as dress code of the day, the final lap of the event, the Holy Solemnization will hold in Infinite Glory Baptist Church, No 2, Adebari street, Kabowei bus stop, Meiran Lagos State, by 9am.


Where they will have the blessing of both parents, Mr & Mrs Samson Oluwayemisi Ajala, Mr & Mrs Felix Oluwatoyin Mgbeme and clergies and will be legally joined together as one.


How they both will say I do, Already both graduated as a Higher National diploma students from the Osun state polytechnic Iree.


Oluwaseun is a nature enthusiast, educational consultant, a business expert and a former High commissioner of Joint Mind ambassador in Osunpoly.


How it all started

Narrating how she met her dream man, Julianah said they met three years ago at OspolyIree, as a student.


“He was my senior colleague and used to guide me, She said in an interview with VAM News.


"We were both Choir in the same church in Lagos infinite glory Baptist Church", Oluwaseun told our correspondent.


What started as a work relationship between senior and junior colleagues grew to friendship and later dating and, ultimately, a love relationship.


“We started dating two years after. 


Describing her experience marrying someone of another nationality, Julianah said there was a mutual understanding between them.


“There was no discrimination, he grew up in Lagos and speaks English very well and a little of yoruba, my indigenous language, although we speak in English most of the times, the love was mutual,” she said.


‘Dream come true’

The groom said he had always known he would marry ‘the love of his life’ since they met four years ago. The proposal, which came as a surprise to the bride, was his way of affirming his love and asking for her hand in marriage.


“The proposal was surprising"


The couple described the marriage as a dream come true for them given the mutual love, respect, and understanding they have shared in previous years.
