BREAKING: Market Women, Others kidnapped In Ondo
Police officers to illustrate the storyArmed persons on Saturday morning, kidnapped Travellers on transit along the ever busy Akure Owo Road.
The Iyaloja of Isua Akoko in Akoko North East Local Government Area Of Ondo State, Chief Mrs Helen Edward and some other women were reportedly abducted.
The Market women were coming from the monthly meeting of Iyalaje, iyalojas and women leaders in Akure when they were abducted between Ogbese and Uso.
The driver of the bus which conveyed the women and who was immediately released said the abductors asked him to go home and inform the families of the victims.
