Other Nigerian youths set school free shuttle buses ablaze in Ondo



Other Nigerian youths in Okitipupa council area of Ondo state again went on rampage by setting school shuttle buses on fire.


According to reports, the shuttle buses were parked in the premises of the local government.


The hoodlums, it was learnt that they had Defied the 24-hour curfew imposed on the state by governor Rotimi Akeredolu, to carry out the operations.


The other Nigerian youths in their hundreds reportedly invaded the council area and set the buses ablaze.



Also burnt include the prison in Okitipupa, the INEC fence and the private residence of a governorship aspirant under the APC in the state lfe Oyedele.



While reacting, the Police spokesperson in the state, Mr. Tee-leo Ikoro told Newsmen that investigations have started on the Perpetrators of the destruction of properties, and that some security operatives have been deployed to the area to restore normalcy.


Mr. Tee-leo Ikoro also said the hoodlums broke into the Nigerian Correctional Service (NSC) facility in the local government and freed some in-mates.
