Wike to lead Obaseki's PDP campaign in Edo

Rivers State Governor Nyeson Wike has been appointed as the Chairman Obaseki re election campaign in Edo State.

The National Working Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) confirmed the appointment.

Adamawa State Governor Umar Fintiri, will serve as the deputy campaign chairman.

The PDP candidate in the election, Godwin Obaseki, won the primary election unopposed after his opponents stepped down.
