Insecurity: Change Service Chiefs, protect Christians, Cleric urges Buhari

I haveThe Senior pastor of  Mountain of Holy ghost Intervention Delivereance Ministry, Prophet Dr. Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere (Odumeje De Lion) has reiterated the call to President Muhammad Buhari to relieve the service chiefs of their appointment following their inability to protect Nigerians from the various insecurity challenges that has bedeviled the nation.*

The firebrand outspoken Cleric fulminated the continuous rise of killings and maiming of Christians in Northern Nigeria and reminded the President that he swore  to protect Nigerians.

He further bemoaned the inability of the military to end insurgency in Nigeria despite the promise made by the President to end insurgency if elected by Nigerians.

*Prophet Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere further urged the Federal Government to change the service chiefs to give room for new ideas, method and innovation in addressing the perennial security challenges which include herdsmen crisis, Bandintry and extra judicial killings by the security agencies.*

Prophet Odumeje urged the National Assembly to amend the constitutional to give room for state policing, as the federal government alone cannot adequately curtail the rising spate and wave of insecurity in the country.

Prophet Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere further called on the governors of south east zone to expedite action through their various stayte House of Assembly by introducing legislation that will create a regional security outfit that will address the security issues which is peculiar to the Zone.

The Cleric urged the nation leaders to desist from living in self denial and address the various insecurity crisis in the country as Nigeria is gradually slipping into anarchy with all indices of a failed state pointing to our face.
