Ondo State Independent Electoral Commission on Tuesday, released the timetable for the local government election for 2020, comprises of Chairmanship and Councillorship polls.
In a circular obtained by VOICE AIR MEDIA
It was evealed by the Chairman of the body, Prof Yomi Dinakin today in the capital city of the state, Akure
The election which will hold on Saturday, 22nd August, 2020.
The timetable seen by VOICE AIR MEDIA as follows...
Publication of Notice of poll-Tuesday 28th- Thursday 30th July
Training of Adhoc staff-Tuesday, 11th- Friday, 14th August
Submission of names of Party Agents- Monday, 10th-Thursday, 13th August
Pasting of list of Adhoc Staff in Local Government Areas- Monday, 17th-Wednesday, 19th August
Last day/time for campaign-Thursday, 20th August at 11.59pm.
Election- Saturday, 22nd August.
