NPF Microfinance Bank to meet this June
NPF Microfinance Bank Plc (the Bank) wishes to notify The Nigerian Stock Exchange, its shareholders and the investing public that the Board of Directors of the Bank is scheduled to meet on Thursday 4th June 2020 to consider among other things, the Unaudited Financial Statements of the Bank for Ist Quarter Ended 31 March 2020.
Consequently, the Bank has entered into a closed period for trading in its shares from 20 May, 2020 until 24 hours after the 1st Quarter accounts is released to the public.
Accordingly, no Director, Employee, Persons discharging managerial responsibility and adviser of NPF Microfinance and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the Bank in any manner during the closed period.
