COVID19: Borno Governor, padlocks gate to Maiduguri, went home with the keys

The Governor of Borno State, Prof. Babagana Zulum has padlocked the gates leading to Maiduguri, the Borno State capital, and is reported to be in position of the keys.

This means that for the gates to be opened, he has to be the one to do so. 

The Governor don't trust anyone and don't want to hear stories, so he has to be the one holding the keys.

This is a very strategic plan from Prof. Zulum to enforce the border closure in Borno State.

Recall On October 1, 2018, he won the gubernatorial primaries of the All Progressive Congress for Borno State. Professor Babagana was elected to the Office of the Governor of Borno State at the 2019 governorship election held on March 9, 2019 with 1175440 votes.
