Activist, Celebrities call for arrest of people crowding around Funke Akindele and JJC Skillz while being arraigned in court (photo)

By One Class An human right Activist, and Some Nigerian celebrities have called for the arrest of journalists and security operatives spotted crowding around Funke Akindele and JJC Skillz while being arraigned in court today April 6, for violating a lockdown order on public gathering after they hosted a house party, VOICE AIR MEDIA reports.



VAM reported earlier that the couple were found guilty and handed a fine of N100,000 each and also sentenced to 14 days community service, three hours per day excluding Saturday and Sunday.



While Reacting to the video which emerged after Funke Akindele and JJC were arraigned, activist and some Nigerian celebrities accused those spotted in the video of violating the social distancing policy and ban on public gathering of more than 20 people.
