Oyo govt. declares operation Amotekun regalia as Gov. Makinde sign Bill
The Oyo State Governor, Mr. Seyi Makinde on Tuesday, has shown solidarity support for operation Amotekun.
Makinde wore a traditional attire designed to look like a leopard skin while signing the South West Security Network bill code-named Operation Amotekun Bill into law.
Recall that, the bill was passed recently by the state's House of Assembly gives a legal backing to the creation of a special security outfit to complement the efforts of Federal security agencies and create a safe, secure environment.
The deputy governor, Engr. Rauf Olaniyan, Speaker, Oyo House of Assembly and other government dignitaries were present at the occasion.
