Nigeria Confirms Four New Cases as Figure rises to 40
The National Centre of Disease Control have confirmed four new cases of Coronavirus, bringing the number of cases recorded in Nigeria to 40.
Voiceairmedia recalled earlier that NCDC confirmed 5 new cases ealier on Monday.
NCDC shared via its official Twitter handle @NCDCgov on Monday Evening that four more cases have been confirmed , 3 are in Lagos State and 1 in FCT,” the nation’s disease center said on Monday night.
“Two of these cases are returning travellers.”
As at 11:00pm on the 23rd of March, there are 40 confirmed cases of #COVID19 in Nigeria.
