Ondo To Get another College Of Education - Senator Akinyelure
The Senator representing Ondo Central in the Upper Chamber, Distinguished Senator Ayo Akinyelure has assured the people of Idanre, in Idanre Local Government Area of Ondo State that in no distance time from now, the ancient community will get a Federal College Of Education.
Senator AkinyelureSpeaking with journalists shortly after the Bill that will establish the tertiary institution scaled through the First Reading and listed for Second Reading on the floor of the Senate this morning, Akinyelure said, "Very soon, a Federal College Of Education, which is long overdue will be sited in Idanre, Ondo State. The people of Idanre should get prepared to defend the justification because the Senate will invite them soon", Akinyelure said.
In a statement signed by Charles Akinwon, SA (Media & Strategy) to the Distinguished Senator recalled that siting a Federal institution was one of his campaign promises to the people of that community who voted massively for him in the last general election.
