B.T.O Chairman House Committee on Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC)

The Honourable as he is foundly call B.T.O. is a first timer in the Green Chambers and Equally the Chairman House Committee on Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).

In a cross session interview with Ondo North Correspondents (ONC) in his Abuja Office, the Lawmaker reiterated His position on Communities Oriented Development Projects to the benefit of the good people of his constituency.

Equally B.T.O described politics as an Engagement and Governance as an Effective mechanism to a Sustainable Development.

To the Hon. Rep. Member, Representation is not about money but being accessible, responsive, responsible and alive to duty call of the good people of Akoko North East/West Federal Constituency and also an Ambassador of Akoko land.

He thanked the people of Akoko North East and North West Federal constituency for investing their trust in him to serve them, and Pledges His indebtedness and gratitide to the people of his Constituency at large.

B.T.O In His respond to his present elected or political position says it is a privilege to serve and not a right , Representing His Constituents at the National Assembly is beyond Human Comprehension and a Duty to Facilitate and Negotiate more of Governance Projects to Akoko North East/West Federal Constituency.

However , Rep. Olubunmi Tunji Ojo appreciated the Efforts of his mentor and formidable leader Rt Hon.Femi Akeem Gbajabiamila the speaker House of Representatives for embedding in Him so much Trust and Responsibility to drive the House Committee on NDDC in the Federal House of Representatives into greater achievements.

The Rep. Member admonished a stronger APC sues for peace and unity among party members.

Bunmi Tunji Ojo also Stated that the Proposed security Outfit in Southwest Operation Amotekun, If passed into Law by the State Assembly of the South west States will further Help to Support the National Security Agencies to further Curb Insecurity within the Southwestern State Borders.

Responding to why few Proportions of His Recent Appointment were centred on Males in his Federal Constituency, The Rep member Pledges to do more and give women more proportion in his Subsequent Appointments..

The young politician enumerated some of his Achievement within the eight Months in office as a Grace made possible by Go.

However Bunmi Tunji Ojo buttressed His committee to increase His Steadwardship and Hardwork in facilitating More of Federal Government Employment to Increase the well over two hundreds youths Already Employed in Federal Government payrolls in his Constituency and the state Government.

BTO reemphasized the need to adequately use his Office as Chairman House Committee on NDDC to facilitate More of Road Construction in his constituent, Vocational skill Building and Capacity Development, wealth Creation amongst the Youths, Supply of transformers to some communities in his constituency with Challenges of blackout and power outage.

He maintain all these are just the foundation of more community developmental projects to come when he will be celebrating a year in office,the law maker reiterated to create more employment opportunity, building skills on entrepreneurship , development of roads ,and improved on power to boast the economy of his people.

The Ondo North Correspondents (ONC) requested his position on the burnt power station at Okeagbe Akoko.

Hon.Olubunmi Tunji Ojo said he felt sad and unhappy on the fire that engulfed the ongoing multi billion naira Okeagbe power station which is expected to served and better the lots of millions of the people in terms of economy improvement and creating job for the jobless, nevertheless He is working and lobbying the House committee on Power and the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) on how to resuscitate the burnt power station.

On the final note he thanked the people of his constituency for the opportunity and support given to him to serve them at the Federal house of representative Abuja and that He will always be accountable to Akoko North East/West Federal Constituency.
