Oko Oloyun’s Murder: A Great Loss To Nigeria - NANTMP Sec-General
The Secretary-General of the National Association of Nigerian Traditional Medicine Practitioners (NANTMP), Dr Kamaldeen Adeagbo has described the murder of the famous herbal medicine practitioner, Alhaji Fatai Yussuf (Oko-Oloyun) as a great loss to Nigeria.
Alhaji Fatai Yusuf was killed by unknown gunmen along Igbo-Ora-Eruwa Road, Oyo State of Nigeria on Thursday.
Yussuf, until his death was the President of the Physiotherapists’ Association of Nigeria and manufacturer of the popular Yoyo Bitters, Fijk Flusher among other popular herbal products,.
Dr Adeagbo described the incident as a great loss, saying his death has served as another test for the security of the country.
According to him, herbal medicine practitioner and Nigeria as a whole has lost an asset in the late Oko-Oloyun considering the role he has been playing in enhancing the economy through his calling, particularly in job creation.
He noted that Oko-Oloyun has reduced unemployment rate through his Oko-Oloyun Worldwide and De-Fayus International by employing thousands of people through his organization.

The Secretary-general then pleaded with the Federal Government and the concerned authorities to hunt for the hoodlums that perpetrated the dastardly act with a view to bringing them to justice.
