MTN Nigeria Compensates network users For Slow Data Speed
For about some days ago, most data users on MTN experienced very slow upload and download speed.
By 1:18am, our correspondent observed that MTN sent a message to their customers:
"Y'ello. We apologize for slow data speeds and difficulty with accessing the internet. Please bear with us as we work to resolve the issue. Thank you."
Later today by 8:06am MTN sent another message to them:
"Dear Customer, Thank you for your patience. We're glad to report that we have resolved all issues with our internet service. We apologize for the inconvenience"
According to reports, Some customers claimed to have received 100MB, 500MB FREE Data as compensation.
