Deaconess Felicia Owoola Odeleke's Burial Service: Distinguished Alumni Members Honour Sunday Odeleke
Saturday, January 18, 2020 witnessed the last respect given to Deaconess Felicia Owoola Odeleke, the mother of a powerful alumnus - SUNDAY ODELEKE; of U.S residence, and this was held in Osogbo, Osun State.
Sunday Odeleke was one of the pioneer students of Buz. Admin and the pioneer Chairman of Students Representative Council (SRC) in 1993, one of the founders of Rocket Press Club, the main and formidable press club then on campus, and also a distinguished member of Alumni Steering Committee to mention just a few.
The ceremony was attended by numerous distinguished pioneer alumni personalities across the country such as Honourable Taiwo Oluga, Mr Bashir Shittu Olaleye (Alumni National President) and national excos members of FPE Alumni like Builder Buari Abiodun, Tiramiyu Obasanjo, Samson Okunola and Sheriff Salaudeen), other distinguished pioneers of Business Management are Messrs. Segun Olatoyan, Wale Adegboyega, Adeniyi Yusuff, Fiye Bankole, Tunde Adeniran, Adekunle Olatunji, etc.
Some diaspora members also joined via the whatssaps video call in the likes of Yinka Popoola and Mrs. Tayo Adekola (Mama Tee) from United Kingdom.
In honour of Sunday Odeleke, the event was filled with great spirit of camaraderie, reunion and comradeship. We therefore pray that the soul of Mama Deaconess Odeleke rest in peace.
