It simply means:

U - Undetectable= U -Untransmittable

This simply means if the Viral Load in your blood stream is Undetectable, you Cannot transmit HIV to a negative partner. 

How can you achieve this? 

If you are living with HIV, please be dedicated to you Anti Retroviral Regimen (ARV) and be sure to attain that point where your Viral #Load is no longer noticeable/detectable.

How you can help

If you know a person living with HIV, please, help them to adhere to the treatment offered to them in HIV facilities so that they can achieve undetectable viral load. This only happens when a positive individual is committed to taking the ARV.
