Rapper Future’s alleged Baby mama claims the producer is trying to use the legal system to harass and silence her

Eliza Seraphin, the alleged baby mama of rapper and record producer, Future has claimed that the rapper is trying to shut her up by using the legal system.

Future tried to get a judge to impose a gag order on Eliza claiming her constant interviews and social media outbursts make him worried that “false and baseless allegations” will be leaked to the media and the public.

Eliza, fighting back against Future's gag order request, filed court papers last week claiming Future is trying to impose a gag order on their child custody and support case, and is only trying to rope her in and be in charge of information that flows out in the child paternity legal case she has against the rapper.

Eliza called on the judge overseeing the gag case to rule in her favor and also order Future to pay her legal fees, according to TMZ.

The rapper has so far refused to acknowledge Eliza's daughter, Reign, as his own, recently using social media to make it clear he only has five "wives," including his ex-fiancee Ciara, the mother of his five-year-old son Future Zahir.

Soon after the lawsuit was filed, he wrote, "I have 5 wives BTW (by the way). Love them all to death."

Reign, an Instagram model, in August sued Future, alleging that he was the father of her baby girl born in April.

She alleged Future has never met her daughter but will like the baby to have a relationship with him if he acts in the child’s best interest.

Reign in her lawsuit said Future is a high-income earner, and wanted an increase in regular child support and she also wants him to reimburse her for hospital bills from giving birth, lawyer’s fees and the baby’s health insurance.
