Abolishment Of Acceptance Fees: Asefon Applauds national assembly

National Association of Nigerian students (NANS) hopeful president, Com. Sunday Asefon commends the National Assembly under the leadership of Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila for a buoyant step taken to make Education accessible to the poor, VAM News reports.

Com. Sunday Asefon, the former NANS Zone D coordinator and the incoming NANS National President has praised the National Assembly under the leadership of Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila on abolishment of Acceptance fees in all Higher Institutions across the country.

Asefon said, "this development will make Education accessible to all and sundry both the rich and the poor without stress".

However, he implores the National Assembly to further look into the amount of money payable in all Campuses in Nigeria and device a means to reduce the throat cut tuitions in Nigeria Schools.

"Our nation can not grow beyond the level of her citizens' education, therefore, I plead with the NASS to set up Ad-hock committee to investigate perversive corrupt practices dwelling on the tables of most of our Vice Chancellors, Provosts and Rectors in the Nigeria Institutions".

Asefon urges the National Assembly (NASS) to do more exploits by deeming their relieve light on every sector of the nation so as to make life comfortable for the people.
