VAM gathered, that the decision to postpone the AAUASU electionc which was scheduled for today, 16th October, was due to complains of Nigerian students that the election process is biased and the process of e-voting system has been hacked.

The students were paranoid while they clamour to stop e-voting and start making use of ballot box and paper.

The chairman students' union electoral committee (SUEC), Dr Aina addressed the situation that the election be postponed till tomorrow, October 17th, 2019, at the arrival of the Dean student affairs, Dr., Olusegun Owolewa having had little conversation with Dr Aina suec chairman, the duo reached a consensus by declaring that the election has to be postponed until further notice.
