Nation Newspaper Appoints New Editor, As Sanwo-Olu Gets New Commissioner

Adeniyi Adesina has taken up a professional appointment to become the Editor of the Nation Newspaper, leaving his former job as the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Osun State, Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola.
Adesina who has left his former job on mutual consent of the Governor is now set to resume his new job at the publishing house.

He replaces the long-standing Gbenga Omotosho who has also received a call from the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu to become a commissioner in the State.


Meanwhile, Ismail Omipidan, Assistant Editor (Politics) at The Sun Newspaper takes up Niyi's job at Osun State to become the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor

Omipidan attended the prestigious University of Maiduguri and has been in mainstream journalism for 20 years with a vast wealth of experience in the profession.

This story is indeed great, as three people decided to get a new phase in their lives and career.


One moved to a commissioner, another to an editor and another to a CPS.
