Fedpoly '17 set Alumni Honours Late Former HOD of Science Tech Dept.
The Alumni of the Federal Polytechnic, Ado - Ekiti, 2016/2017 academic session has held a Special Valedictory Session in honour of its late former HOD, Department of Science Technology, Federal Polytechnic Ado, also an Alumna of the great institution from Microbiology department, Dr. V.J Ajibade.
Dr. V.J Ajibade.The deceased a.k.a VIJAY was a Chief Lecturer in the department of Science Technology, where he graduated in 1988 and had served as the immediate past Head of Department.
Until his sudden transition late on Friday, the Late Dr V. A. Ajibade was the National Secretary of Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti ALUMNI ASSOCIATION.
He is survived by an aged mother, his caring wife and children.
Delivering a eulogy at the special group session held on the alumni WhatsApp group platform in a reports received by VAM News, the 2016/2017 set described the gathering as another grief stricken moment, stressing that their hearts were filled with sorrow.
They therefore prayed that may his gentle soul rest in perfect peace and may the Lord grant his family members, FPA management, the entire members of staff both academic and non - academic, students of FPA he left behind the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
