OPEN LETTER TO THE NIGERIAN SENATE PRESIDENT, Sen Bukola Saraki ON CJN's Suspension

Sir, it is not too difficult to forget but it's quite unfortunate that, you have forgotten so soon. Sir, During your rule in KWARA STATE as the executive Governor, you exercise your executive powers and removed the Chief Justice of Kwara State from the office, JUSTICE RELIAT ELELU-HABEEB on the 4th of may 2009 without the approval of the NJC.

Sir, From your own understanding of the Constitution, you think it was legal and constitutional for you to remove the Chief Justice of the state without the approval of the NJC but it is illegal and unconstitutional for the president to only suspend the CJN?
