BEING A SPEECH DELIVERED TODAY 15TH DECEMBER BY PROPHET JOSEPH EBENEZER AKINSUNLOLA AND AT THE PUBLIC PRESENTATION/LAUNCH OF THE BOOK, O! COMPATRIOTS.

Good morning Mr. chairman/chief-launcher

WORLDWIDE PRAYER CENTRE FAMILY,
Royal fathers in the house,
The authority of Orange Fm present,
IDF members,
Special guests of honour,
Officials from the state ministry of education,
PRESS MEN,
Students,
relatives ,
Teachers,
Ladies and gentlemen.

It is my singular pleasure hosting you here today and under the auspices of worldwide prayer centre, a Pentecostal mission established, saddled the responsibility of addressing all forms of defects with the necessary capsule which tallies the demand.
This we have successfully tackled in the last years by sustaining extraordinary feats in academics within Idanre, outside and even beyond Nigeria. Our thrust shouldn’t be restricted to academics alone not even when we knew there are some in-built talents that need be annexed being a mutual contract between us and the carrier who must have availed us of the passion he/she has for the dream before we swing into action as lovers of dreams.
We have taken it upon our self to spearhead a scholarship programme for outstanding JSS 3 students all over Idanre, one from each school. Our basic thrust as per introducing this shouldn’t really be to give our self a special name among people nor to brag on others but rather to change the perspective of our students about schooling, the reading habit and future.

We proceeded by introducing that of the seniors, another diet that I came all the way from America to grace. This was domiciled in Methodist high school being my alma mater, and sometimes around 2010. It is to be noted that this project gulfed nothing less than two million naira in totality.
In addition, my passion for collective leadership triggered my partnering with the prestigious Idanre development foundation, a platform that ceded me lots of responsibilities which comprises the half a million donated towards indigent Akindairo Olawale’s Law school, a guy whose subsequent feats would definitely do Idanre, Nigeria and the whole world proud.
We successfully gave people what they really need to earn a living by contributing to vocational studies/apprenticeship and I shouldn’t hide my fulfilled feelings in bragging of the success recorded not even with the five tailors sponsored towards becoming employers of labor through this vision.

Well, coming back to today’s event, an idea crafted a year ago and on getting to meet this bright, young man, Tunde Akingbondere. I remember his issue have been relayed on several occasions by my good brother, Dr. Olugbenga Oke-Samuel who knew him too well and would expose him to the larger Idanre on the net.
His story gathered truck-loads of comments and even assured us of a better future for Idanre in the writing field. Later, another thing popped in as development with Tunde Akingbondere whose book had been approved to be read by students all over the state. I expect such of him but never thought of things working out that early, at a tender age, I mean. This triggered our getting to meet the last time I came to Nigeria, we discussed his passion, financial strength as per resuming in the varsity and in fact his subsequent dream as per writing.

I resorted to contributing fifty thousand at first, and into his education but later changed my decision to full sponsorship having been furnished with the necessary inspiration to do that. The scholarship covered his first year in the department of history, though augmented by some personalities best known to him. We have also taken it upon our self to spearhead his responsibility throughout the Law programme which he already started by his Grace, and with the help of God, he would meaningfully conclude.
One thing that created my interest in Tunde is his unflinching passion for making things happen, scaling through overbearing challenges and even conceiving innovative ideas that would surely add value to people around him. This is exemplified through his utilized talent of writing, and which should be carefully padded by capable and encouraging hand like the one lent by our Pentecostal mission.
This is jeered towards sustaining what God had given to him as gifting, talent and vision that should yield in return, multiply in folds.
Conclusively, I wish you a nice good time on behalf of Worldwide prayer centre, my good family, the author and those who contributed one or two things towards the success of the book. We want to wish you an interesting time as you enjoy, learn from, and journey through the world of this programme, book and dream.
