JUST IN: NANS constitutes task force on Covid-19 for 36 states, FCT..... issues directives to SUG presidents (SEE FULL LIST)

     PUBLIC NOTICE FROM THE OFFICE OF  NANS PRESIDENT

In our drive to complement the efforts of government at all levels and ensure that our schools adhere  strictly to Covid19 safety protocols, the apex students body (NANS) hereby constitute NANS COVID-19 TASK FORCE in each State to monitor strict adherence  to Covid-19 safety protocol among students of tertiary institutions in their states.

The task force will coordinate with their state government taskforce, provide campus wide monitoring and surveillance and ensure cases of noncompliance are remedied or escalated immediately.

The task force will also coordinate with the National Task Force headed by the NANS President. The state taskforce shall also monitor the campus based task force within their states.

In a similar development, the NANS President by this release, directs Students' Union presidents across all the campuses in the nation to appoint a seven(7) man Covid19 task force in their different campuses to work with the state taskforce.
