VIDEO: Two Offa Poly Students hospitalized after fatal accident

Two Students of the Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State have been hospitalized after a ghastly accident at the Ojoku road.

The Management of the Polytechnic confirmed the incident in a statement obtained by VAM News in Offa.

According to the statement by the school’s Spokesman, Olayinka Iroye said the ghastly accident occurred along Ojoku Road on 18th, November, 2020.

The accident involved a tricycle and a Toyota Camry. However, two students of the Polytechnic involved are in a stable condition and responding to treatment.

The press release signed by the spokesman, Olayinka Iroye reads in part:

” The management wishes to inform the Polytechnic Community that the ghastly accident which occurred this morning involved a tricycle and a Toyota Camry along Ojoku Road and two students of the Polytechnic who were in the tricycle are in a stable condition and responding favourably to treatment.”

The Management however condoles with the family of other victims of the unfortunate incident.

Meanwhile, it was learnt that there were other form of casualties but as at press time it was yet to be ascertained.
