Obaseki appoints Osarodion Ogie as SSG
Governor Godwin ObasekiThe Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, has appointed Osarodion Ogie as Secretary to the State Government.
In a statement made on Saturday, the re-elected governor said this was the only political appointment to be made, for now, adding that all other appointments are deferred to the first week of February 2021.
Osarodion Ogie held the same post during the first tenure of Governor Obaseki.
Obaseki was inaugurated for second term on Thursday after his victory at the polls in September, defeating Osagie Ize-Iyamu of the All Progressives Congress in September 19 governorship election in the state.
