Sotitobire: What may happen to Prophet Babatunde at Ondo court over Missing child

The Ondo State High Court sitting in Akure has reserved judgement in the trial of the founder of Sotitobire Praising Chapel, Babatunde Alfa and 6 others over the disappearance of Gold Kolawole in the church last year.
The Presiding Judge, Olusegun Odusola gave the ruling after parties adopted their written addresses as their final arguments in the case on Thursday.
OSRC reports that both the prosecution and defence expressed satisfaction with the proceedings and optimistic of a favourable outcome.
Earlier, the Prosecution led by the state Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Adekola Olawoye told the court to convict the defendants on the strength of the evidences presented.
Justice Odusola said the date of the judgement will be communicated to all parties in due course.
However, the defence team led by Olusola Oke, Akinyemi Omoware, Olumide Ogidan and Olamilekan Akinrinsola urged the court to discharge and acquit the defendants on all the charges preferred against them.
