Pastor Ize-Iyamu will become Governor or Edo State - APC Governors forum discloses

The All Progressives Congress, APC, Governors’ Forum, has announced it would rally support for the party’s candidate, Pastor Ize-Iyamu, in the forthcoming gubernatorial election in Edo State.

This was disclosed by the Governor of Kebbi State and Chairman of APC governors Forum, Abubakar Atiku Bagudu while speaking with newsmen.

The Governor expressed belief that the APC candidate, Ize-Iyamu would be declared the winner of the election.

According to Atiku: “We hope that the party would emerge victorious in the elections following the achievements of President Muhammadu Buhari administration.”

In the just concluded primary election, Ize-Iyamu emerged winner with 27,838 votes.

The Edo election is scheduled to take place on the 19th of September, 2020.
