Ondo Election: Akeredolu releases name for Deputy Governor Slot

The Incumbent governor of Ondo state, Arakunrin Rotimi Akeredolu has submitted the name of his preferred running mate to members of his inner caucus of the All Progressives Congress (APC) today in Abuja.
A reliable source revealed to Triangle Media that the APC candidate, Governor Akeredolu has settled for the choice of a former Ondo State representative on the Board of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Mr Lucky Ayedatiwa.
According to report gathered by VOICE AIR MEDIA, Lucky Ayedatiwa is from Ilaje Local Government Area of the state.
If the name remains unchanged until after August 18, 2020, he will run with the incumbent governor who is the candidate of the APC, Arakunrin Akeredolu in the October 10th, 2020 governorship election.
