NAPS TENTATIVE POSITION ON THE MURDER OF Late Precious Agbabule (Watta Dollars)

For Immediate Release.

Gentlemen of the Press.

We bring you solidarity and combatant greetings from the National Secretariat of NAPS being the second largest students movement in Africa.

We regret to announce the demise of the above named person who until death was a Nigerian who lived in Ghana.

Shortly after the rude shock landed at the National Secretariat, the National President, Activist Sunday A. Asuku immediately appointed some delegates to look into the situation, gather facts and report back to the secretariat on or before Wednesday 22nd July, 2020.

Numerous reports and reactions have landed on the stable of the National President, we wish to publicly acknowledge all, be rest assured that we shall respond accordingly.

We have not laid our hands on concrete facts /evidence that the dastardly act was carried out by the Ghana Police and it would be unhealthy to swing into action without fact finding, the only fact on ground remains that our brother was shot dead. However, we shall get to the root of the matter.

We are in full contact with our people in Ghana, Ghana High Commission in Nigeria, DSS, NPF and other key stakeholders, we implore everyone to remain calm and resolute pending the outcome of the investigation report by the delegates of NAPS.

Justice delayed is justice denied, as such we vow to leave no stone unturned.

Note : Our mails are open for more information about the incident.
