The Imo state governor,; Hope Uzodinma has concluded plans to relief over 120 employed staff of the Imo state oil producing area development commission (ISOPADEC) employed between 2017 to 2019, an action which when carried out will be capable of throwing over 120 families into untold hardship.

One of the prominent officers at the presidency (names withheld) this afternoon lamented to show dissatisfaction on why Governor Uzodinma of the all progressives congress will choose to embark on such a wicked act most especially during this covid 19 pandemic induced difficult times.

Report has it that Gov. Hope Uzodinma adopted all the ungodly panels set up by the sacked administration of PDP's Emeka Ihedioha which was aimed at discrediting the efforts of the APC's administration in Imo state under the Owelle Rochas Okorocha led administration.

Apart from the looming battle the present administration of Hope Uzodinma will face from the people of the oil producing areas of the state and indeed Imolites in general if he goes ahead to implement the sack, he will begin to face terrible resistance and opposition at the federal level and a great backlash from APC and the presidency, a source confirmed.

For the past three months now, no staff of ISOPADEC has been paid salary neither have pensioners or civil servants received their payments.
