Security guard hacks boss wife to death, leaves husband in comma






The arrest of a security guard that allegedly killed the wife of his boss and inflicted life threatening injuries on the boss as well, has been confirmed by the police in the Federal Capital Territory (F.C.T), Abuja.








The deceased, according to the treasurer, Landlords/Tenants Association, Phase 2, AMAC Housing Estate, Mr Joseph Nicholas, was killed by the security guard with an axe and a knife before he allegedly attacked the husband as well.

He added that the victim, Mr Ralph Wilcox, a retired Director at the Federal Ministry of Information, and his deceased wife are easy going people that lived alone with the guard.

The incident which occured on Saturday night, according to him, left life threatening injuries on Mr Ralph, while his wife died as a result of the injuries. He explained further that the corpse of the woman has been deposited at the morgue at the Gwagwalada specialist hospital.







Meanwhile, the guard has confessed to his crimes, by explaining that he killed the woman while her husband was not around, and he waited for the man to arrive as well in a bid to finalize his evil act.

He disclosed that he attacked him with an axe, once he returned from his outing around 8pm on Saturday night.







Meanwhile, Wilcox fell down and pretended as if he was dead, the gateman went to their apartment and ransacked whatever he could lay his hands on.

While he was inside their apartment, Wilcox was able to escape from his compound to the main street, were he was calling for help, blood was gushing over his body and he was losing strength.







A passerby, who was in his car while he was lying in the pool of his blood, then drew the attention of the vigilante and they took him to the hospital.







A police officer, who confirmed the incident on an anonymous level, explained that the guard did not feel remorseful while he was being interrogated. He explained that he confessed without giving the police stress and took them to where he threw the weapons he used in perpetrating the evil deed.

DSP Anjuguri Manzah, the FCT Police Command’s Public Relations Officer (PPRO), also confirmed the incident and he added that the police were carrying out further investigations.
