Ekiti youths launch Ekiti Charity Team, distributes palliatives to Residents

Some group of Ekiti youths joined forces together to launched a foundation, named Ekiti Charity Team.
At about 9am on this 5th day of June, 2020, the first agenda of the Ekiti Charity Team was launched at the Central part of Ado-Ekiti; Odo Ado, VOICEAIRMEDIA reports.
Melodi Adeola welcomed the Elders who had patiently waited for the team and gave brief description about the team.
Tishe ushered in another session of enlightenment and informed the people about causes and prevention of COVID-19.

And the palliatives distributed were; Soup ingredients, Soaps and nose masks.
Chief Asamo of Odo Ado on his vote of thanks charge the team and gave his own words of encouragement on behalf of the people after which prayers were said by the elders to the team.
At about 3:30pm, the team also took her train of charity and her service to humanity down to Oke Oniyo where people were already sitted and we were welcomed.

This initiatives is the convergence of true sons and daughters of Ekiti state. We have risen to be the change makers.
The hope of Ekiti future begins now.

We are still scouting out for true sons and daughters of Ekiti state at home and diaspora to unite for greater purpose.
Meanwhile,we are not a political party neither are we owned by government.
The team gave her introduction and sensitization about COVID-19 was done before palliative were given and the team finally was dismissed.
