Fire burns IBEDC power station in Ibadan as Blackout looming

There is a fire outbreak at the power plant of the Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company IBEDC at Ayede, Ring Road in Ibadan, Oyo state.

The fire started about an hour ago, according to eyewitness. 

Reports reaching VAM that efforts are currently being made to put it off.
