NANS move to curb number plate abuse(Circular)

National Association of Nigerian students, Global president, Comrade Danielson Bamidele Akpan, GCNS in response to complaints from security agencies in Nigeria (The Nigeria ploicr force, EFCC, ICPC, NSCDC and the military) on the indiscriminate use of NANS number plate by non-executive members has moved to curb the ugly trend by appointing a special Anti NANS plate number abuse task force, in all the six geo-political zones to tackle the menace, VAM News reports.

In a statement released to VAM News their duties shall be to identify, arrest and handover perpetrators to the security agencies for prosecution.

The task force are mandated to report any such arrest to the national Secretariat (Nasarawa state university, Keffi) before further actions.

The committees are to resume office immediately.
