LAUREL RELAXATION CENTER: A GIANT STRIDE FOR DEVELOPMENT IN LAUTECH

The Laurel relaxation center is a 320 capacity steel fabricated shed for students of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho.

Students have always wished to have a place to cool off, read under a conducive environment and hang out with friends, course mates, etc.

Comrade Abiodun Oluwaseun (Laurel) has brought smiles to Ladokites again by accomplishing this great feat and bringing the Laurel relaxation center to become a reality.

The 320 capacity relaxation center is already been utilized for tutorials, examination, relaxation, etc.

The shed is named after Laurel as LAUREL STAND to bear in mind the sacrifices this great Comrade has laid for LAUTECH.

Laurel thanked the Vice Chancellor Prof. M. O Ologunde and the Management of the great citadel of learning for their commitment, encouragement, and providing the SUG with a working environment. He also appreciated the Governor of Oyo State, the commissioners and all other Government functionaries who have stood for the students of LAUTECH.
