Nigeria Beats Sudan 5-0 To Qualify For Egypt U-23 AFCON

Nigeria’s Olympic team, Tuesday trashed Sudan 5-0 in the last leg of the 2019 Egypt U-23 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier, Bestchoicesports report.

Nigeria went into the match needing at least two unreplied goals to cancel their 0-1 loss to the Sudanese in the first leg on Thursday.

Parading her array of foreign based professionals, the Olympic team established themselves in the match from the blast of the whistle dominating proceedings at the near empty Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba.

With this win, Nigeria has become the third nation after Zambia and host Egypt, to qualify for the 2019 Egypt U-23 AFCON which holds in November this year.
