Job Seekers To Pay N1,050 For Teachers Recruitment Test in Ekiti, Applicants react
Applicants of the 2019 Ekiti state teachers recruitment exercise have expressed dissatisfaction as the state government required them to pay for the process.
Fayemi, Ekiti state GovernorAccording to reports verified by EkitiReporters, the state government required every applicant to pay One Thousand and Fifty Naira (N1,050), before they can sit for an examination which is a part of the recruitment process, VAM has learnt.

Ekiti teachers recruitment chargesOver 19,000 applicants had applied online for the primary school teaching jobs advertised by the State Universal Basic Education Board. With only 1,100 of them set to be given the job.
VAm gathered that this development has led to bitter reaction from the applicants who see the N1,050 charge as outrageous and a form of extortion from the citizens.
