Ugonna Raphael must not die: He needs your help for a heart transplant and surgery

Good evening everyone. 

Pleading to your humanities this day to help our brother Ugonna RAPHAEL who was diagnosed of a lump in the heart and needs a heart transplant ASAP as he has a very limited time of less than 3weeks without a new heart to live. 

The estimated cost of the surgery and transplant is 40 million naira (40,000,000) but so far, we have been able to raise 15 million naira (15,000,000). 

He still needs 25 million naira (25,000,000) to live. 

Please, help save Ugonna Raphael.
