It is quite unfortunate that so many young graduates are met with deadluck in the job search market. Some said the reason is, there are more graduates yearning for white collar jobs than the the organisations that can absub them but nonetheless, people are still being amployed everyday.

 

The point here is because of the stiff competition among businesses and the large manpower supply which employers are now opportune to make choice of who to engage and who to eliminate, employers have upgraded the requirement for engaging applicants in employment with their organisations.
